Bryan Dalton June 17, 2015 Training, Workforce 0 I am happy to announce the expansion of National Able Network’s (Able) Training Department to include three very proficient people! Please give a heat welcome to Amy Stewart, Gabrielle Caverl-McNeal, and Ronald Givens! Read more in regards to the new Training Department team members’ past experiences and the talents they will convey to National Able Network beneath: Amy Stewart involves Able from Accenture, the place she labored for the previous 17 years. Amy’s function in the department is Training and Curriculum Manager at Able’s Headquarters in Chicago. “I am excited to be part of a training team at a company that beams with high quality! Before coming to Able, I worked for Accenture for 17 years as a Training and Development Consultant and Certified Coach Professional with experience successfully constructing and facilitating stable quality coaching and coaching solutions. As the new Training and Curriculum Development Manager, I am presently infusing my experience and unique perspective to help develop and ship a wonderful and distinctive retail coaching program for our Walmart Foundation project.” Gabrielle Caverl-McNeal beforehand labored for Able as a Career Coach in our Workforce Investment Act applications! Her new role at Able is a Training Specialist at Able’s Headquarters in Chicago. “As a former Able Career Coach, I bring a contemporary pair of eyes from a direct service perspective. Possessing workforce development expertise provides value to the staff, and will permit me to include those experiences into the trainings provided at National Able Network.” As a retired United States Air Force veteran, Ronald Givens brings a veteran’s perspective to his new role at Able! Ron’s role in the division is the Training and Curriculum Manager and he's based mostly in Able’s Indianapolis location.”I am really honored to be a part of t he Able staff! I also feel extraordinarily lucky that I will be capable of use my passion and expertise in grownup training and improvement. My ultimate goal is to deliver value to our group by helping our clients succeed.” Each of those three have burst out of the gates operating and jumping into development initiatives and educating workshops!
